● Birth Story Workshop $20 (limited to 8 participants): Share your story, follow intentional journal prompts, hold space for each story, storytelling is the oldest medicine
● Somatic Dance Workshop $20 (limited to 8 participants): Bring your physical and spiritual body back into balance, balance feminine and masculine pathways, access creativity, joy, and inspiration, find peace and grace as you flow with life, tune into your inner voice, your inner wisdom. Move through circles, spirals, and waves in familiar seated and standing yoga poses.
● Placenta Print and Placenta Burial Ceremony $45: a beautiful way to remember the organ that gave your baby life and return it to mother earth as an offering of nourishment
● Closing of The Bones $135: Re-align your bones and organs after the expansiveness of pregnancy, integrate your birth experience, be held and nourished, celebrate the rite of passage of becoming a mother
● Infant CPR $65: In home skills check after you complete the pediatric portion of American Heart Association’s Pediatric Heartsaver Online Course
● Liquid Gold Circle $10 (limited to 10 participants): Lactation support group with a CLC/BEC. Come find support from other moms, have baby’s latch checked, gather general lactation knowledge
● Womb Wisdom Circle $10 (limited to 10 participants): A theme will be chosen (ex: herbs or nutrition) join us in an open discussion and share your own womb wisdom and take control of your womb wellness from maidenhood to motherhood to menopause.
