In labor virtual support may include things like guided meditation, affirmations, breathing techniques, comfort suggestions, calming voice, reminders to drink if you are thirsty and snack if you are hungry, holding space, virtually witnessing the birth ceremony.
Postpartum virtual visit: talk about your birth, address any questions or concerns.

Pregnancy Support: Text/call with any questions or concerns between 8am-6pm

Labor Support: Once notified that labor has begun, we will talk on the phone and determine if you’d like me to come now or be on standby. When you are ready for me, I will meet you at your birth location of choice. I will provide physical comfort measures, offer position changes, offer evidence based information, offer partner support, offer emotional support, and offer phrases to better communicate with the rest of your birth team.
Immediate Postpartum: I will stay one to two hours after baby is born to make sure mom and baby are comfortable, baby has had their first feed, and assist with clean up.
Postpartum Visit: We will meet to discuss and questions or concerns, talk about your birth experience, bring postpartum energy bites, herbal sitz bath, footprint keepsake, optional closing of the bones ceremony.

On call 24/7 at 37 weeks on: once you notify my that baby has been born I will come help get mom cleaned up and settled in bed, I will clean up any birth supplies and make sure mom has everything she needs by her bed, I will get mom her first meal, offer gentle massage, and help get breastfeeding established.
2 postpartum visits (2 hours each) to hold and nourish the mother with a variety of options including:
Cleaning
Meal prep
Sibling care
Herbal teas
Yoni steams
Closing of the bones
Placenta art and ceremony
Lactation support
I am not a medical professional. I will not make medical decisions for you. I will not perform medical procedures such as fetal monitoring, vaginal exams, monitoring blood pressure, or catching baby. I will not diagnose medical conditions such as preeclampsia or gestational diabetes and so on.
